Must-Have: Strong IV skills, critical care experience, knowledgeable in skill set, able to titrate medications, cardiac rhythm interpretation

Description:
Hospital has 231 beds and no trauma designation.
Looking for a strong EP RN for blended lab experience (CCL, IR, EP).
Patient types include a variety of procedures like thoracentesis and paracentesis.
IR procedures also include embolization, IVC filter placement, and line placements.
Assist with CT biopsies, fistulas, needle aspirations, and vascular cases.
Cath lab procedures involve STEMI, IABP, and stage PCI.
EP procedures include generator exchange and Afi/A flutter ablations.
RNs will function independently in cases and must have critical care experience.
Patient ratios are 1:1.
The charting system used is EPIC.
Equipment includes Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis medication dispensing, and various imaging equipment.
The role requires floating between departments as necessary.
RNs will work 4 ten-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Scheduling may include rotational shifts; block scheduling is not accommodated.
On-call requirements include a total of 10 days per month.
On-call shifts are from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends.
Response time for calls is expected to be within 30 minutes.
Scrub colors are provided, and no artificial nails or extenders are allowed during direct patient care.
The culture is team-oriented and travel-friendly.
Isolation may be felt when working in certain departments as they are not in close proximity to each other.
