As an Associate Director, you will oversee projects from inception to completion—leading your team and day-to-day client interactions. You will manage work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets effectively across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations. In this high-visibility role, you will conduct team meetings, mentor staff, and report on project updates to senior leadership while participating in business development initiatives.

What You Will Need:

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field; advanced degree/PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the life sciences sector (pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty pharma, or medical technology) and strategy consulting.
• Expertise in one or more key areas within life sciences: product planning and development; market access, pricing & reimbursement; product commercialization; strategic franchise development; corporate strategy; regulatory compliance.
• 3+ years of experience leading project engagements, including planning, budgeting, and resource management for complex projects.
• 3+ years of formal management experience, guiding team performance to exceed client goals.
• Must be able and willing to travel up to 30% for client-related activities.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff, guiding their professional development.
• Authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00, depending on various factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs.
