Job Description

A well-established and growing Public Accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its collaborative and high-performing team. This firm is known for delivering exceptional tax expertise and personalized client service, and offers a stable environment with long-term growth opportunities.

Due to continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for a Tax professional looking to step into a leadership role, make an impact, and grow alongside a respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, review, and organize complex tax documents and filings
  • Manage tax compliance and provide strategic tax consulting to a diverse client base
  • Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, fostering professional development
  • Participate in business development and client relationship management
  • Leverage firm technology to improve efficiency and enhance client service
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • CPA required
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to and utilize modern accounting technology
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $90,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
