We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Surgical Technologist I specializing in General Specialty for PM shifts. This is your chance to be part of a committed team at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, the largest hospital in Wisconsin, renowned for its innovative patient care.
Shift Details: Full-time evening shift, with options for 8 or 10-hour shifts. Expect varied on-call responsibilities, mostly overnight, within a collaborative team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay range from $26.10 to $39.15.
- Eligibility for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance available.
- A $2,000 sign-on bonus for PM shift roles at our facility.

Your Role:
- Maintain a sterile environment following aseptic surgical techniques.
- Prepare and manage surgical materials, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist Surgeons by anticipating their needs and effectively passing instruments.
- Be proactive in addressing equipment issues and maintaining a fully stocked specialty cart.
- Help transport patients safely and ensure their comfort.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months.
- No prior experience necessary—bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Physical capabilities include lifting, pushing, pulling, and performing various movements throughout the shift.
- Exposed to mechanical, electrical, and biological hazards—proper protective equipment is provided.
