If you’re seeking a flexible full-time position that offers a world of advancement potential, send us your resume today Responsibilities: • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs Qualifications: • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
