About the Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly while meeting financial goals and delivering outstanding service. Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
  • Bonus Potential: Performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
  • Lead, train, and inspire team members to achieve their best and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales, profitability, and operational goals.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
  • Build lasting relationships with the Columbia, SC community and foster guest loyalty.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in leading teams, managing operations, and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
