Hourly Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 (Based on experience)
About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support our Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations and supporting key projects across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on sheet metal and machining equipment
-
Maintain facility infrastructure including electrical wiring, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, and data/phone systems
-
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues with a variety of equipment
-
Assist with recordkeeping and documentation of maintenance activities
-
Lead or support specific projects such as lubrication programs, facility upgrades, and major repairs
-
Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff as directed
-
Interpret construction blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics accurately
-
Safely handle and move heavy machinery as needed
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a sheet metal fabrication or machine shop environment
-
Advanced knowledge of sheet metal machinery maintenance and repair
-
Skilled in carpentry including framing, drywall, and basic cabinetry
-
Strong electrical skills: conduit installation, circuit additions, sub-panel setup, and 3-phase wiring
-
Familiarity with hazardous material handling and MSDS requirements (can be developed on the job)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 4:30am - 1:10pm (OT is available so anywhere from 40-45 hours/week is typical)
