Schedule:

You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week NO WEEKENDS
  • Monday: 730-5 Every third Monday in Beaver Dam location
  • Tuesday: 630-4 Horicon Location
  • Wednesday: 730-5 Beaver Dam Location
  • Thursday: 630-4 Horicon Location
  • Friday: 730-12 Horicon. Currently 1 Friday a month. Possible additional Fridays in the future
Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
  • Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
  • Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
  • Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
  • Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
  • Develop a relationship with the patient.
  • Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
  • Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
  • Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications
    • 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant preferred.
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
