As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our technology-driven initiatives. You'll act as the vital link between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and guide them through execution. Your work will directly impact the development of ITI's solutions, helping government agencies improve their services and make a difference in communities across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of both ITI's business and our customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client and end-user requests into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Create and maintain key project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and user stories.
  • Work alongside development teams to ensure that business needs are accurately translated into functional technology solutions.
  • Analyze proposed solutions to identify risks, dependencies, and potential improvements.
  • Manage the project backlog, assist with prioritization, and support release planning.
  • Define and document Acceptance Criteria to support Quality Assurance and ensure successful implementation.
  • Support post-production monitoring to ensure smooth project rollouts and long-term success.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Project Analyst, preferably working with external customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-able to build consensus and align stakeholders.
  • Ability to grasp complex software and IT systems and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Some experience with Agile software development methodologies (preferred).
