The Director of Circulatory Support & Transplant provides comprehensive leadership for advanced cardiovascular and transplant programs, with a focus on strategic planning and program development across UC Health (all sites). Oversees the execution of multi-year objectives across Perfusion, ECMO, VADs, and solid organ transplant services. Collaborates with executive and clinical leaders to enhance patient-centered care, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability. Champions multidisciplinary care models and fosters cross-departmental collaboration across diverse care settings.
