Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our client in Burlington. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent shipping and receiving experience and the flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required. This position works 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements:

Job Duties
  • Lead and support the warehouse team to ensure efficient picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations.
  • Operate forklifts as needed to safely move and stage materials.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and inventory software to maintain accurate product records.
  • Perform monthly inventory counts and update data in Microsoft Excel with precision.
  • Load, unload, inspect, and verify all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and proper documentation.
  • Execute all material transactions within the company's computer systems.
  • Verify incoming goods and replenish warehouse stock as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent leadership experience in Shipping & Receiving or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attendance record and proven reliability.
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred).
  • Experience leading warehouse teams and overseeing daily workflow.
  • Prior order pulling experience, ideally with RF scanner use.
  • Familiarity with warehouse inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
