Beloit Health System at Beloit Occupational Health and Sports Medicine is hiring for a Medical Assistant to join our team. In this position the Medical Assistant will room patients, assist providers with procedures, reconcile medication lists, administer injections. The Medical Assistant will also assist with clinical duties, ordering of supplies, scheduling procedures and appointments, completing medication refills per protocol, and cleaning exam rooms. Requirements:
  • Graduate of accredited Medical Assisting program, or current certification/registration as a Medical Assistant. Graduates without certification will have 18 months to obtain CMA or RMA certification
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous clinic experience with medical records is preferred
