We’re currently hiring a part-time Bartender / Server at The Springs at Tanasbourne. Whether you have bartending experience or are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to serve creative cocktails and delicious meals in a friendly, no-stress environment.   Best of all—no late nights Job Details
  • Hours: 04:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Schedule: You create your schedule
  • Location: 1950 NE 102nd Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97006
  • Reports to: Dining room manager
  • Pay: Starting at $16.30 per hour (DOP)
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve meals in a timely and gracious manner
  • Provide excellent customer service in the dining room and bar areas
  • Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and a smile
  • Bus tables and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment
  • Work collaboratively with dining room managers and team members
  • Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who dine with us
  • Supporting a positive, team-driven environment and upholding The Springs Living Values Card
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Passion for hospitality and building relationships with residents
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Previous bartending or serving experience is helpful, but not required
