Payroll Tax Analyst

The Payroll Tax Analyst will be a self-starter, a great communicator and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on knowledge of US payroll taxes.
As a Payroll Tax Analyst, you will:
- Review and reconcile US payroll tax to ensure compliance.
- Assist W-2, 940, 941 filings.
- Coordinate with external vendors to deliver accurate and timely tax deposits for Federal, State and Local tax authorities.
- Prepare post-payroll tax documents and take on new projects to support our continued growth.
- Assist with potential M&A activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or relevant field
- 7+ years of relevant payroll experience with deep knowledge of payroll
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite apps
- Extensive knowledge of compensation taxation and long-term equity incentive plans (RSUs, ISO/NQ stock options and ESPP)
- Advanced knowledge of Client WFN (US and Canada)
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and Financials
- High degree of ethics and professionalism with ability to handle confidential information
- CPP and/or CPA will receive bonus points
