Position: Senior HR Specialist - Spanish bilingual

Location: Motley, MN

Pay Range: $59,280 - $80,000

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary HR partner for the operations teams, driving policy administration and implementing impactful programs.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Manage the hiring process from posting jobs to recruiting, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives, ensuring employees are set up for success.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and conduct exit interviews with professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in HR, including 2+ years in Employee Relations and Policy administration.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Spanish, able to read, write, and speak.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
