About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer to join our Field Service team. This field-based, customer-facing role primarily focuses on installing, maintaining, servicing, and modifying Siemens Imaging Equipment at healthcare facilities in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
As a Field Engineer, you will:
- Install, service, and maintain Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites
- Perform timely repairs and provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and perform essential administrative duties
- Manage tools, inventory, a company-provided vehicle, and other assets effectively
- Build trusted relationships with both customers and internal teams
- Contribute to financial goals by managing territory-based expenses and supporting revenue generation

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- 2+ years of relevant electro/mechanical equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting tools and equipment
- Previous experience working in a customer service capacity
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory and participate in an on-call rotation post-training
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging equipment (Xray & Nuclear Medicine)
- Experience repairing, installing and troubleshooting Siemens imaging equipment
- Experience working as an electronics technician
- Prior experience in biomedical equipment troubleshooting and repair
