AP Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Payable Specialist to manage a high-volume, manual invoice processing workflow. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills while handling multiple ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process 200-300 invoices daily received via email.

• Manually sort and organize incoming invoices into designated shared folders for review and approval.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry into multiple ERP systems, including Oracle, SAP, Epicor, and Mikola.

• Verify invoice details, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies as needed.

• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to address invoice or payment issues.

• Maintain documentation and support month-end close processes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting roles.

• Experience with high-volume manual processing preferred.

• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, Epicor, and/or Mikola ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
