The pay range for this position is $97,700.00 - $184,175.00, and the base pay offered may vary based on several factors, including the position, location, education, training, and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contributions. Please note that all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.

This position focuses on building a vision and roadmap for one or more product categories to deliver unparalleled software experiences and exceed business objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Developing, communicating, and implementing a strategic vision and roadmap for product categories, targeting user acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability.
• Leading the new product development process, from concept through to commercialization, incorporating customer feedback, defining product requirements, and overseeing financial performance.
• Ensuring an exceptional user experience across all customer and partner-facing products.
• Driving P&L objectives for the business unit, emphasizing market share and profitability through effective product execution.
• Overseeing cross-functional collaboration to deliver essential connected services for product categories, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Maintaining alignment with business unit strategy through clear product roadmaps for both short and long-term goals.
• Partnering with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to create winning go-to-market strategies.
• Serving as a key authority on user experiences, consumer insights, and defining value propositions.
• Advising senior leaders on go-to-market partnerships, including strategic growth opportunities.
• Representing the company in various professional settings to enhance visibility and partnerships.
• Complying with health and safety regulations while safeguarding company information.
• Enhancing professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Contributing to team success by participating in related projects.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or as a Product Owner.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau and SQL.
• A consulting background is a significant advantage.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's in Business Administration.
• Prior experience with software offerings.
• Adept at engaging with technical development teams.

This role may require travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
