Your Role
As a Special Procedures Technologist, you'll be responsible for performing specialized imaging procedures with precision and care. You'll ensure patient safety, adhere to quality standards, and utilize your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all special procedures according to department policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide excellent patient care, ensuring clarity in explaining procedures to patients.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and flexibility in meeting departmental needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following infection control protocols.
- Utilize and maintain radiology equipment effectively.
- Document procedures accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved program.
- Registered with ARRT and possess BLS certification.
- Ability to perform special procedures adhering to industry standards.
