Presbyterian Medical Group seeks a Board Eligible / Board Certified General Surgeon to join our established practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We're all about well-being, starting with yours. We offer a nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available, CME allowance and fully paid malpractice insurance.

Practice Highlights:
  • Bread and butter elective general surgery
  • Weekly mix of OR and clinic time
  • Call will be taken in rotation with the Rust general surgery team
Responsibilities

Summary:
Physician follows standards of practice to provide direct quality care to patients. Assures that the patients needs are met and
provides open communication with patients, families and other physicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of elective surgical procedures
  • Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and consultations to evaluate patient health and surgical risks
  • Develop and implement individualized surgical plans
  • Educate patients and their families about procedures, expected outcomes, and post-operative care plans
  • Perform other duties as required
