Job Description:
Serves as the primary technical point of contact for Yardi financial software across the company. Provide troubleshooting, support, training and recommendations related to Yardi financial modules.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to identify, understand, and solve challenges related to the Yardi financial system
- Ensure software usage and business process efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization
- Participate in the testing and implementation of periodic system upgrades for new plug-ins, hot-fixes and Voyager releases along with the Business Systems Team
- Support the successful onboarding and offboarding of Communities for the company’s Yardi platform
- Solve helpdesk inquiries related to Yardi module errors or general Yardi questions/issues. Provide outstanding customer service. Alert management of any irregularities or issues including timely integrations
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with technical troubleshooting and user support.
- Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S required
- General Accounting knowledge required, strength in General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Reconciliation
- Multi-family real estate experience preferred
- Experience in a publicly traded company preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- High level of interpersonal and written communication skills
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems
