BAE Systems is seeking a team contributor in the field of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems to join a growing dynamic group of engineers developing leading edge capabilities in Active and Passive Sensing. You will be a technical member of the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Systems Engineering Group that is responsible supporting design, development, integration, implementation, test and verification/validation of EW systems across multiple business areas. As team engineer level contributor, you will be responsible for and support technologies on next-generation military/commercial applications. You will also perform, delivering technical value, in the role of a Systems Engineer, for programs ranging from developing prototypes, full rate production, and sustainment of systems.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

1. BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent.
2. Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
3. Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

1. US Citizen with active Secret clearance
2. BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 2 years' experience in field
3. Knowledge of Systems Engineering and life cycle processes stages (such as waterfall, spiral, agile/scrum and Vee) and process milestone execution decision gating reviews
4. Understanding of the applications of active and passive sensing in the Electronic Warfare (EW) field

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
