We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you will perform a variety of laboratory duties, including specimen collection, processing, and waived testing while ensuring high standards of patient confidentiality and safety.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Location: 1305 Airport Freeway, Bedford, TX 76021, USA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures with precision and care.
  • Accurately collect, identify, label, and process specimens according to established protocols.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients regarding urine collection procedures.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and assist in data entry and report distribution.
  • Promote excellent customer service and engage positively with patients.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Current National Certification or Registration as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and working in a laboratory environment.
  • Proficiency in laboratory tools and data entry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of laboratory techniques and quality control procedures.
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
