- Provide program management support in conjunction with the PRPS Program Management Office (PMO) and CSD
- Provide meeting support and managing action items (AI) between functional users, PMO, and CSD.
- Provide support to maintain the PRPS Enterprise Information System (EIS).
- Provide input to the budgetary process to substantiate engineering and investment funded requirements.
- Provide support on policy development, program management support documents, and applicable certifications.
- Provide daily help-desk support to the functional users.
- Coordinate technical interface actions with financial, contracting, and SAF/AQ functional systems, as well as interfacing AFMC systems, and AWS Cloud One
- Staffing stability and resource planning across the effort defined in this contract.
- Professional management of personnel, and consistently deliver high quality deliverables.
- Establish and provide a qualified workforce capable of performing the required tasks.
- Use key performance parameters to monitor work performance, measure results, ensure delivery of contracted product deliverables and solutions, support management and decision- making and facilitate communications. Identify risks, resolve problems and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Institute and maintain a process that ensures problems and action items discussed with the Government are tracked through resolution and shall provide timely status reporting. Results of actions taken to improve performance shall be tracked, and lessons learned incorporated into applicable processes.
- Establish and maintain a documented set of disciplined, mature, and continuously improving processes for administering all contract efforts with an emphasis on cost-efficiency, schedule, performance, responsiveness, and consistently high-quality delivery. Provide transition plans as required and shall ensure vacancy occurrences not exceed 30 business days for any single occurrence.
- Monitor program risks in conjunction with the PMO and CSD.
- Ensure, PRPS BCRs/DRs are budgeted for, reviewed, validated, and approved by the applicable review board based on dollar value and level of effort prior tallowing the CSD to code the change and schedule the BCR/DR into a future Sustainment Release.
- Coordinate with the AFSC organization change management teams to create and publish articles about significant program milestones, user information updates, and transformation initiatives and disseminate training information related to functionality changes associated with patch and sustainment releases.
- Provide functional input to program management support documents and certifications like the National Defense Authorization Act, Organizational Execution Plan, and Certification and Accreditation packages and program budget documents like the spend plan, capital investment plan justification, and Presidential Budget Reviews or like activities. Provide support to government personnel to research and interpret PI related policy to provide input for AFMC and AFSC procedural instructions or assess whether proposed functionality changes comply with applicable policy/directives.
- Provide monthly status reports (MSR).
- Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is often preferred.
- Minimum of five years' experience of requirements development, management, and approval process utilizing PRPS or similar logistics system
- Minimum of five years' of Professional Experience
- Experience in program or project management, specifically related to procurement or supply chain systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Experience and proficient in procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, PRPS tools).
- Experience working with data management, reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau), and workflow automation.
- Minimum of five years' of experience in following Program Management Skills
- Experience in program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience working with budget management and resource allocation tools.
- Minimum of five years' of experience in following Analytical Skills
- Experience analyzing complex data and generating actionable insights to improve processes.
- Experience in performance metrics and reporting.
- Minimum of five years' of experience in following Communication Skills
- Experience communicating/interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Minimum of five years' of experience in following Leadership Skills
- Experience leading, inspiring, motivating teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Minimum of five years' of experience in following Industry Knowledge
- Experience working with procurement processes, supply chain management, and best practices
