Compensation:
Pay Range: $155,000-$165,000 Per Year
Description:
• Join our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive care to families in the Manhattan, NY area.
• This full-time, onsite position involves working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• The role requires expertise in managing both acute and chronic conditions, as well as performing health assessments and promoting wellness.
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice
• Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner
• Current and valid NYS license
• Current DEA certificate
• Updated BLS and infection control certificate
• Excellent bedside manner
Qualifications:
• Experience in evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Proficiency in mental health assessment and management
• Ability to order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Experience in prescribing treatments and medications
• Strong communication skills for advising patients
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Collaborative approach to working with diverse populations
