We are actively seeking a Mobile Associate Dentist to become an integral part of our growing team. You will support our mission to provide excellent dental care, creating memorable experiences for children and adults alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of your dedicated team.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
• Engage in community activities that promote a positive image of the company.
• Participate in morning huddles, planning your day, expressing gratitude to your team, and highlighting examples of exceptional customer service and collaboration.

About Our Practice:

• We utilize DentaPro software and offer digital x-ray and Panorex units.
• Our staff includes a hygienist, hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.
• We serve a patient base primarily consisting of children ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location.
• Average office flow includes 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
• We accept state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payers.

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Valid dental license in states where providing care, or eligible for licensure.
• Current certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.), and Nitrous Oxide certification where applicable.
• A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices as needed.

• Additional weekly earnings for travel, with all expenses paid (hotel, mileage, meals) depending on location.
