Role: Commercial Kitchen and Bath Project Manager
Location: Fargo, ND (Hybrid - work-from-home flexibility)

Overview
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Kitchen and Bath Project Manager to lead and support multifamily construction projects focused on kitchen and bath installations. This role requires managing project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will interpret architectural plans, create kitchen layouts using design software, and support estimating, bidding, and project execution for projects ranging from 50 to 500 units. The position involves extensive client interaction, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and projects are successfully delivered.
Responsibilities

  • Plan, oversee, and manage kitchen and bath projects from concept to completion.
  • Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to create accurate kitchen layouts using design software.
  • Coordinate project deliverables including samples, submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Work closely with clients to understand project needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and installers to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Support estimating and bidding processes by preparing detailed layouts and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the kitchen and bath cabinet industry is required .
  • Strong proficiency with kitchen and bath cabinet design and ordering software.
  • Experience with construction technology/software is a plus (e.g., Procore, Building Connected, Bluebeam).
  • NKBA Certification is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor coordination.
  • Proven customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in general project management tools/software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience will be weighed heavily.
