Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of pediatric MRI experience for weekday shifts using GE and Siemens equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a pediatric hospital MRI department
  • Monday through Friday schedule with shifts from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
  • No weekend or on-call requirements
  • Uses both GE and Siemens MRI magnets
  • Potential to float within scope if department needs arise
  • First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment
  • Local candidates are considered
  • Time off restrictions: maximum of 7 days off; if 7 consecutive, an additional week must be added to the contract
  • Two professional references from supervisors within the past 2 years required for consideration
Requirements
  • Current MRI certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years MRI experience with pediatric patients
  • Ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment
  • Experience with GE and Siemens MRI systems preferred
  • License required if applicable
