Job Description

The Float Emergency Room Nurse will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, potentially floating between our Bridgeton Campus ER and Elmer ER. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in emergency departments, particularly in high volume and fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in the emergency department, managing a range of cases from minor to critical.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in the coordination and care processes, providing support to other staff as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Three (3) years of recent Emergency Department experience required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current NJ License or Compact.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Travel experience, with at least one completed contract assignment preferred.
