The Global P&E team is a large organization consisting of hundreds of people with a significant presence in four countries. This dynamic and complex team operates quickly, working across a broad spectrum of product and strategic domains. Join our team as a Tech Lead Director and lead a team responsible for developing an ad framework for our flagship Live / VOD streaming product, TV Plus. You can contribute to designing, architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining various components of high-volume distributed systems. This role perfectly blends team management and hands-on development, focusing on software delivery and engineering aspects. You will work with experienced, passionate programmers as part of the full-stack team within a broader engineering organization with a strong technical culture. Key Responsibilities
You have previously led a technical team to deliver full-stack software systems with exceptional quality.
As a technical lead, you will mentor other team members on engineering best practices, enforce code review guidelines, and support the team through the product lifecycle.
Drive quality by reviewing code by peers and spreading your expertise to the team, emphasizing unit testing.
Provide effective and regular performance feedback to the team members.
Internal and External Stakeholder Management.
We are working with geographically distributed teams.
We are developing Improvement Proposals to improve the software design and architecture.
This person will set up the technical vision/roadmap for the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Ad Tech would be preferable.
Have a solid foundation in computer science and knowledge of systems programming.
Requires a minimum 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 7 years experience

The salary range for this role, for candidates based in California, is expected to be between $240,000 and $260,000 Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
