Behavior Technician - Special Needs Support
Pay: $21-$26/hr (based on experience)
We're hiring experienced Behavior Technicians to support children and adults with special needs in educational settings. If you've got ABA experience and a passion for helping others thrive, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Support students in meeting behavioral and academic goals
-
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff
-
Help maintain a structured, positive learning environment
-
Follow behavior intervention plans consistently
Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or in ABA
-
2+ years of pediatric experience preferred
-
CPR certification (if required)
-
TB test or chest x-ray (if required)
-
Must be 18 or older and meet all local, state, and federal guidelines
