Branch Experience Manager

The Branch Experience Manager will direct the delivery of services to members through Branch Managers, Members Service Representatives and Head Tellers; achieve organizational sales goals; participate in development and implementation of organizational strategic plans; insure the organization is in compliance with all regulations, with primary responsibility for identifying and communicating deposit related compliance requirements. Participate in the general management of the organization as member of the management team.

What you'll do:
- Provide guidance, support, and training for Branch Managers and member service staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to members. Utilize member experience metrics to enhance quality and consistently elevate the overall member experience. Collaborate with other Managers and the VP of Member Experience to effectively attain sales and service goals.
- Coach Branch Managers and member service staff to consistently build teams to guarantee the presence of qualified candidates for upcoming opportunities. Assure that branches are adequately staffed and equipped with the essential training and resources to effectively carry out their tasks.
- Assist the VP of Member Experience in assessing the perceived value and quality of products, services, and delivery systems from the member's point of view. Provides suggestions for modifications as needed.
- Contribute support and offer perspective to the VP of Member Experience in recruiting and managing performance assessments for all Branch Managers. Offer guidance on staff development and training to meet Envista's goals effectively.
- Plan and provide coverage for Branch Management team during their vacations and absences.
- Represent Envista at various civic, professional, political and community functions to develop productive business relationships.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including filling in for any branch position.
- 5-8 years of similar or related experience
- A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
