Job Overview
Donovan Brothers Inc. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Commercial General Construction Sr Project Manager to lead the full life cycle of complex commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M. This pivotal role includes preconstruction planning, cost control, contract administration, and team leadership. As a Senior PM, you'll work closely with company leadership in a flat organizational structure that values autonomy, collaboration, and impactful decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, and submittals.
- Execute subcontractor buyout and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field staff for seamless execution.
- Implement value engineering solutions and monitor cost control measures.
- Mentor Project Engineers and Junior Project Managers.
- Maintain compliance with project scopes, safety standards, and timeline goals.
- Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders on project status and performance.
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a general contractor.
- Existing book of business with client relationships to drive immediate and future project growth.
- Proven success managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects from $5M to $30M.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination.
- Proficiency with Foundation, Procore, MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam, and Planswift preferred.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
