TransUnion is excited to invite an Entry-Level Copy Editor to our B2B content team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that each piece of content adheres to our high standards of clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency. You will partner closely with writers, content strategists, and marketing teams to refine a variety of materials, including blogs, white papers, web content, asset sheets, case studies, and video scripts.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of editing, proofreading, or writing experience (including internships and freelance work).
  • Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and editorial standards/styles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • A curious, collaborative spirit with a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced team setting.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Edit content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and consistency with brand guidelines and editorial standards.
  • Verify facts and ensure accuracy across all B2B marketing materials.
  • Work closely with writers to provide constructive feedback for clarity and quality enhancement.
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and connects with our target audiences.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, style guides, and best practices.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of SEO principles.
  • Deliver timely feedback in a high-volume, demanding environment.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days a week in-person at an assigned TU office location.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $51,700.00 - $75,000.00 annually, reflecting an estimate based on factors including education, experience, job-related skills, location, and market considerations. Full-time non-sales positions may also qualify for an annual bonus plan.
