Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring all assignments are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional attention to detail, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Duties

  1. Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential or commercial environments.
  2. Tackle plumbing issues such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
  3. Conduct electrical repairs, including replacing outlets, light fixtures, and switches.
  4. Assemble furniture and equipment as necessary.
  5. Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces to uphold aesthetic appeal.
  6. Install flooring, tiles, or other materials as required.
  7. Respond promptly to service requests, completing tasks within designated timeframes.
  8. Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  1. Demonstrated experience as a handyman or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  2. Proficiency in various trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
  5. Ability to work independently while efficiently managing multiple tasks.
  6. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
