YOUR ROLE:
As a Retail Sales Associate with Key Holder responsibilities, you will play a vital role in fostering exceptional customer service and guiding team members towards their goals in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming each guest by providing personalized attention, asking insightful questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Becoming a product knowledge expert capable of effectively selling a wide range of apparel, including our exclusive private labels and tailored clothing.
- Assisting in the development of a strong, customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training in sales techniques and operational procedures.
ARE YOU A FIT?
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree is a plus, but not required).
- Proven experience in delivering superior customer service and effectively resolving any issues or complaints.
- Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move items up to 50 lbs.
