We are currently seeking physician (MD/DO) contractors to perform In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and selected commercial plan members.

Your visits will include conducting a thorough medication and medical history review, alongside a physical assessment in our members' homes. As a physician contractor, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive wage (or supplement your existing income) while balancing personal and clinical commitments. You will receive a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and there is no requirement to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or modify the patient’s treatment regimen.

This role presents an outstanding chance for resident physicians to gain additional income, or for experienced physicians who are seeking a change of pace in their professional lives.
