Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Post Event Analytics - FH&S

Revenue Growth Management is one of the fastest growing capabilities in the CPG Industry. We are looking for analytically minded professionals who have an entrepreneurial, inquisitive and creative mindset combined with solid business and financial acumen to join our team

You will conduct detailed promotional analysis on our trade spend investments to identify insights on improving top and bottom-line effectiveness and to provide recommendations that will make the Frozen Handheld & Spreads (FH&S) business more competitive.

Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)

Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will:

  • Understand and summarize current investment results across the FH&S portfolio through Post Event Analytics.

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the RGM and Commercial teams.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive volume and return on investment improvement on customer promotional executions.

  • Support the creation of execution plans and selling stories.

  • Support RGM team leadership in strategically influencing across the organization.

  • Be the FH&S SBA's resident expert in the Post Event Analytics tools and resources. Support the development and implementation of future analytical tools.

  • Monitor trade execution activities and proactively identify areas of opportunity by engaging with cross-functional counterparts.

  • Understand how the consumer, customer and JMS all benefit from our analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Data visualization (Tableau, Spotfire or PowerBI) skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter with ability to develop strategic influencing skills

  • Willingness to learn and master new concepts

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

  • Experience with Circana/IRI or AC Nielsen (POS and Panel) data
