As a Cable Installation Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge TV and Smart Home solutions directly to our customers. With excellent training provided, you will be empowered to enhance customer experiences and connect more families with the technology they love.

Your Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and various smart home products.
  • Educate customers on how to utilize their technology effectively, while recommending additional services when beneficial.
  • Maintain a tidy work area and display a professional demeanor, balancing independence with team communication.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to travel as required and adapt to shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Physical Requirements: Climbing ladders (up to 40 ft), lifting up to 70 lbs, and maintaining a weight limit of 335 lbs.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Build trust and deliver outstanding experiences to each customer.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Address a range of challenges swiftly and effectively.
  • Resilience: Comfortably work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
  • Adaptability: Manage changes and unexpected tasks efficiently.
