Title: Project Manager
Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ month contract with 40 % travel
Compensation: 50-55 hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Project Manager (infrastructure focus with waterfall)

Job Description:
  • Manage IT deployment projects for a cruise line from planning to completion.
  • Oversee punch list processes to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Handle pre-planning, scope analysis, and project execution.
  • Manage financial, logistical, and operational aspects of deployments.
  • Track multiple project components in a fast-paced environment.
  • Control scope, budgets ($3M-$5M), and schedules, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a backup for the onboard team when needed.
  • Travel internationally (~1 week per quarter)
Skillset / Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tracks within a project scope.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience handling budgets between $3M-$5M.
  • Well-rounded PM experience, covering all project components from inception to execution (e.g., financial, logistics, operations).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, including business presentations and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex deployments.
  • Waterfall preferred
