Licensed Insurance Sales Consultant

Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Consultant focusing on Property and Casualty insurance products In this role, you will engage with warm leads generated from our advertising efforts, providing quotes and selling policy premiums while delivering outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.
We offer a competitive starting base pay of $25/hour, with an exciting uncapped bonus plan that allows you to increase your earnings significantly. On average, you could expect an additional $2,000 in variable compensation each month, with the potential to earn up to $5,000 as our business expands across multiple states.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Quoting and selling various insurance products such as automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance.
- Following up on outstanding information to close sales via phone or email with prospective clients.
- Attending required training sessions and ongoing education to maintain your active property casualty license.
- Effectively demonstrating the advantages of our products while addressing client concerns and objections.
To qualify for this role, you must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producers License or a Personal Lines License. We also reward bilingual candidates with a 7% shift premium.
Your success in this role will require strong attention to detail for accurate quoting, multitasking capabilities across multiple computer systems, and the ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
