Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) where you'll design, develop, and implement both automated and manual test frameworks. This hybrid role in Owings Mills, Maryland, offers a perfect blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, document, and maintain automated tests and in-house software utilities.
- Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases.
- dhere to established software engineering best practices and standards.
- Suggest improvements for processes, best practices, and standards.
- Gather and analyze requirements to develop automation test scenarios.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintainability of automation platform.
- pply test-driven design concepts to test and debug automated solutions and software utilities.
- Deliver accurate and maintainable code for test automation and software utilities.
- BS/BA or equivalent education or experience.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Hands-on experience in creating test plans, test scenarios, and executing tests.
- Proficient in crafting and maintaining testing frameworks like Selenium (TestNG), JMeter, Postman.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript.
- Good understanding of web services testing and familiarity with RestAssured.
- Proficient with Jenkins as a CI Tool and configuration.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Highly collaborative individual with the ability to influence and build strong partner relationships.
- Hands-on experience in driving innovation processes from end-to-end.
- Background in DevOps is a plus.
