SteerBridge is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Regional Cyber Enterprise Network (RCEN) program in support of MCRC. The Program Manager will provide strategic leadership, technical oversight, and operational guidance across multiple domains-including Enterprise Architecture (AAC), Cybersecurity, Service Desk, Integrated Network Support (INS), and Enterprise Directory & Messaging (EDM).

This senior leadership role is accountable for aligning RCEN operations with Marine Corps and DoD priorities, driving innovation in network modernization, and ensuring the delivery of secure, resilient IT services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Provide executive-level program management and leadership for the RCEN program on behalf of MCRC.
    • Direct oversight of technical leads across enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, service desk, network operations, and directory/messaging.
    • Develop and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and performance objectives aligned with operational readiness goals.
    • Ensure compliance with Marine Corps, DoD, and federal IT/cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST RMF, FISMA).
    • Monitor program health, report on key metrics, and present risks/mitigation strategies to senior government stakeholders.
    • Foster collaboration across government leadership, industry partners, and technical teams to achieve mission outcomes.
    • Manage program budgets, resource allocations, and vendor relationships with accountability for cost, schedule, and performance.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and security frameworks relevant to enterprise-scale DoD networks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 10+ years of IT program/project management experience with emphasis on enterprise networks, cybersecurity, and federal IT programs. Demonstrated success leading diverse technical teams in large-scale DoD or federal IT environments. Strong understanding of enterprise Active Directory, messaging systems, network architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Certifications:
PMP or PgMP preferred Cisco CCNA or equivalent industry-standard networking certification strongly encouraged
Desired Experience
Prior experience supporting Marine Corps, RCEN, or other DoD network operations. Direct knowledge of Marine Corps enterprise IT support environments. Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale IT and cybersecurity programs in federal contracting.

$166,000 - $190,000 a year

A salary commensurate with experience will be offered.
