We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to share our success story with everyone who walks through our doors. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, have excellent communication skills, and are driven to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming every visitor with energy and enthusiasm.
- Explaining the Orangetheory concept to potential members and guiding them through our introductory sessions.
- Handling front desk duties, including answering inquiries and assisting current members.
- Conducting studio tours to showcase our facilities.
- Collaborating with trainers to ensure new members have an exceptional first workout experience.
- Promoting and selling memberships to contribute to the studio’s success.
- Following up with potential clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Resolving member concerns professionally and effectively.
- Participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Keeping the studio clean and organized to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Assisting with additional tasks as required.
We are specifically seeking flexible individuals who can work during the holiday season.
