Ross Consultancy US provides expert EPCM services across complex construction sectors. We're seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our team on a major semiconductor facility project in Chandler. You'll lead the delivery of electrical construction activities on this high-tech, fast-paced project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical field operations
  • Enforce safety standards and lead toolbox talks and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and client semiconductor standards
  • Plan installation sequences with engineering and other trades
  • Review drawings and submittals for accuracy and constructability
  • Manage testing, commissioning, and documentation for system turnover
  • Provide daily reporting and progress updates to the Project Manager
  • Support crews with technical guidance on cleanroom systems, power distribution, and process tool hook-ups

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in industrial or mission-critical environments
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction sequencing
  • Ability to lead field teams and coordinate across disciplines
  • Familiarity with commissioning, QA/QC processes, and turnover requirements
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
