Nuclear Medicine Technologist Join a Leading Imaging Team in Valparaiso

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a respected healthcare facility near Valparaiso, IN. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to work with advanced imaging equipment and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to patient safety and excellence in diagnostic care.
Shift Details- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Occasional on-call weekend coverage

- Work with cutting-edge imaging equipment, including Siemens Symbia Intevo Excel SPECT/CT and GE PET/CT scanners (with a new PET scanner coming in 2026)

- Execute Nuclear Medicine procedures including preparation, administration, and measurement of radioactive isotopes
- Prepare stock solutions of radioactive materials and calculate doses under the direction of an authorized user
- Perform diagnostic studies such as blood volume, red cell survival, and fat absorption following standard techniques
- Ensure safety, accuracy, and timeliness of all procedures
- Float to PET/CT scanner at the cancer center as needed
