OTR Lease Purchase Drivers:

  • Solo: up to $138,000 net annually (including bonuses) with the potential to run up to 3,000 miles weekly
  • Solo base CPM: $1.12 - $2.85 depending on length of haul
  • Teams: net earnings of $210,000 - $248,000 per truck yearly
  • Team base CPM: $1.24 - $2.97 based on length of haul
  • Monthly safety & performance incentive of up to $0.30/mi
  • Stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay
  • $800 orientation completion bonus
  • Run 99% no-touch freight
  • Pet & Passenger policy available

Lease Purchase Contracts:

  • Available trucks: 2023 - 2026 fully-equipped Internationals and Freightliner Cascadias
  • No down payment and no credit check required
  • Walkaway lease option
  • Completion incentives available for leases
  • $0.99/gallon fuel rate, no matter the pump price
  • Comprehensive maintenance plan covering all mechanical parts for $0.10/mi with no unexpected costs
  • Average truck payment: $800-$900 weekly
  • Custom truck options available after one year with Trick My Truck program

OTR Company Drivers:

  • Solos can expect to earn an average of $65,000 - $80,000 gross yearly
  • Solo base pay starts at $0.50/mi
  • Pay raises of $0.005/mi every 6 months, capped at $0.60/mi
  • Teams average annual gross earnings of $97,000 - $126,000
  • Teams base pay starts at $0.70/mi
  • Monthly safety & performance incentives offering an additional $0.15/mi
  • Stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay included
  • $800 orientation bonus provided upon completion
  • Run 99% no-touch freight
  • Pet & passenger policy for company drivers
  • Recruitment incentive: refer a teammate and earn $1,200

Compensation varies by route, location, experience, and performance. Applications are consistently accepted; there is no application deadline.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum age of 23 years
