Position: Night RN Med Surg
Location: Kerrville, TX
Duration: 13 weeks
Hours: 36 hours per week, 7 PM - 7 AM (Weekend Rotation)
Pay Rate: Up to $52 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Night RN Med Surg for a 13-week contract position in Kerrville, TX. Join our dedicated team and work 36 hours a week from 7 PM to 7 AM with a weekend rotation. This role requires the ability to float to Tele/Stepdown units as well.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Med Surg patients during night shifts.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and update care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float to Tele/Stepdown units as required, providing comprehensive care to diverse patient populations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Current TX or Compact Registered Nurse license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of Med Surg experience.
- Ability to float to Tele/Stepdown units.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
