Seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for a local candidate with an accounting degree who is ready to contribute to general ledger management, financial reporting, and audit preparation in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger (GL) and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare cash flow reports and other financial analyses as needed
  • Support audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries
  • Utilize MS Dynamics (preferred) and other accounting systems to record transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows
