Position Title: Direct Support Professional and Caregiver
Position Location: Jefferson, WI & Surrounding Areas
Pay Range: Starting up to $19/hr

Responsibilities:
As a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or C.N.A., you will:
- Plan and facilitate recreational and daily living activities.
- Provide personal care and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Transport clients locally within Jefferson, Fort Atkinson, and nearby areas.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients.
Don't worry if you lack experience—we offer comprehensive paid training to equip you for success in a CBRF Group Home or Day Program. Upon completing our training, you'll become a certified CBRF Direct Support Professional or Caregiver
